| Do you Refund..? Any returns shall be notified to me within 14 days of the posting/invoice date....You must contact me before returning items and give the reason... No high-grading...ie Buying ten and returning the "worst" three of the lot. Any item which is broken or faulty will be replaced. At my discretion. If you can send a scan or photo it is much quicker and cheaper than physically returning the item... Items must then be returned within 21 days of invoicing. ARE THE BEADS DYED...? Yes mostly beads are dyed now days to enhance the colour. While I cannot guarantee to have noted all dyed beads. I would insist to please rinse beads in warm soapy water if in doubt. I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by dye leaking or damaging other beads/clothes. Or reaction to skin etc... |
